1:1 or 2:1 clinical Reformer Pilates based in Aylesbury. Physiotherapy-led sessions focused on core strength, posture, mobility and rehabilitation.
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic and highly effective form of Pilates performed using a specialist piece of equipment called a Reformer. Using a system of springs, pulleys, and adjustable resistance, Reformer Pilates helps improve core strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall body awareness while supporting controlled, low-impact movement.
Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced exercisers, Reformer Pilates can be tailored to your individual needs and goals. The adjustable resistance and wide variety of exercises make it ideal for rehabilitation, injury prevention, improving mobility, building strength, and enhancing athletic performance.
At DGL Physiotherapy, sessions are led by Chartered Physiotherapist and Certified APPI Pilates Instructor Delinda, ensuring you are guided safely and effectively throughout your session. Sessions are 1:1 or 2:1 and tailored for patients therefore suitable for all conditions, injuries, pregnancy and the postnatal period. Those attending postnatally are more than welcome to bring their babies and children with them to sessions.
